EDIT: COVID-19- We have had to close the nursery due to the recent pandemic. We are due to reopen on the 29th of June. A thorough risk assessment has been made and procedure’s to protect children and staff as much as possible put in to place. Including smaller groups of children (no more than 8 in one room), staff remaining with their group throughout the day and week where possible, toys being sterilised immediately after play, no toys mixed between groups unless sterilised, along with frequent sterilisation of surfaces and contact points throughout the day. Social distancing measures are in place where possible. There are also changes to the way you pick up and drop off to reduce footfall through the nursery and ensure social distancing. These are just some of the things we’ve implemented. For our full risk assessment please get in touch visa e-mail or phone. We understand this is a worrying time for all but please rest assured we are doing everything to keep your family and Orchard staff as safe as possible while we try and get back to some kind of ‘normal’. Thank you for your continued support throughout this difficult time.
